The restaurant, which is open during the spring-summer and fall seasons, is for both guests of the rooms and apartments, as well as for outside guests, prior to reservation.

The loggia with old beams, outside of the dining room, is ideal for outdoor dining by candlelight, and for those who like to taste the local cuisine, which finds its expression in its
wine, oil, vegetables, homemade pasta, cold cuts and cheeses, all strictly produced in Tuscany.

Outdoors there is also a wood-burning oven and long grill where Florentine steaks are cooked and, during parties, the most traditional dishes from the Tuscan cuisine can be prepared.
